Parts are priced separately.

For Field Repair Calls; visits not under warranty are billable.

If the repair call is a Warranty, our Service manager will advise you of that
in advance, or it may be determined to be after the
repair is completed and reviewed.
The service techs are independent affiliates;
so making the check payable to them personally is preferred.

Our service technicians have been instructed to collect payment at the time service is rendered, unless arrangements have been made with the office prior to your service call.

All calls are billed for time and material
at the following rates.

The technician cannot adjust these rates.

C.O.D. Rates:

Internet connection/VOIP service calls
minimum labor charge is $85

        Local Trip Charge: 
$25.00 within 20 miles of San Fernando

       Service Rates:   $40.00 First 1/2 Hour

       For One Technician:  $65.00 Each Hour, 1/2 Hour Increments

Troubleshooting/Diagnostic Minimum $65.00

      Crew Rate:  $105.00 Hour.
(Consists of Tech & 1 Helper)

Standard Service Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.
(Last call scheduled at 6:00 PM)

 Saturday Hours: 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
(Last call scheduled at 4:00 PM)

Billing Charge:
$5.00 Billing charge incurred if
service is not paid C.O.D.

After hour rate for one technician:
$125.00 for first hour
$55.00 for each additional 1/2 hour
(or portion thereof)

Billing period starts when the technician enters the premises and ends when the work is finished for the call.
