Service Call Rates & Terms
Parts are priced separately.
For Field Repair Calls; visits not under warranty are chargeable.
If the repair call is a Warranty, our Service manager will advise you of that in advance, or it may be determined to be after the repair is completed and reviewed.
Service techs are independent affiliates; so making the check payable to them personally is preferred.
Our service technicians have been instructed to collect payment at the time service is rendered, unless arrangements have been made with the office prior to your service call.
All calls are billed for time and material at the following rates.
The technician cannot adjust these rates.
Standard Service Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.
(Last call scheduled at 6:00 PM)
Saturday Hours: 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
(Last call scheduled at 4:00 PM)
Billing period starts when the technician enters the premises and ends when the work is finished for the call.
