Know that I understand that your business situation is beyond difficult.

I have an offer that will  help you out. You are welcome to pay your monitoring service to us in the form of a gift certificate. You can generate gift certificates for the annual amount of monitoring and mail them in in lieu of your payment! Although, we do not accept gift certificates for private alarm response.

I know it’s not huge, but if we all pull together, we can all get through this.
